When I first joined Up Hellas three years ago, I had no idea what my future would hold. As an intern, I was excited to learn about the company and gain valuable experience in the IT field. However, I never could have imagined how much my role would evolve over the years.

I was given opportunities to work on various projects, including developing the company's Business Intelligence platform and implementing new software programs. As I continued to develop my skills and knowledge, I took on more responsibilities, eventually becoming a full-time employee. As a member of the IT team, I was able to see how my work impacted the company as a whole. I quickly realized that my contributions were valued, and I was encouraged to take on new challenges and learn new skills.

Fast forward to today, and I am now the IT team leader at Up Hellas. From a team of one to a team of six, I have been fortunate to see firsthand how the company has grown and evolved over the years. Leading a team of six is a significant accomplishment for me and I feel very proud to have played a part in the team's growth and success. The challenges that I face through the years were many, but I have been fortunate to have an amazing and supportive team on my side. Together, we have been able to implement new technologies, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency of the company.

In conclusion, my journey from intern to IT team leader at Up Hellas has been an incredible experience. It has been one journey of growth, development, and success. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had, the support of my colleagues along the way and I look forward to continuing to grow and develop my skills at Up Hellas.
