We are very happy to announce that our new online platform is now live, so you can manage your go for EAT meal cards and Chèque Déjeuner paper vouchers all in one place 🎉
We have been testing it for quite a while now, with a number of clients, to ensure that everything is working smoothly. We are constantly looking into how we can improve your experience, and your feedback is vital for us.
Here at Up, we are always looking for ways to make your experience hassle-free, straightforward and simple. We felt that we needed a single destination, where all our partnering companies can fully manage all their Up Hellas products - and this is how our online platform was born.
We are proud to be the first to launch this solution in Greece, but at the same time, we can’t help but feel ashamed that it came so late.
Through our new online platform, you will have full control of your go for EAT cards and Chèque Déjeuner meal vouchers, while saving time ⏳ You can use our platform for the following actions:
Freeze & unfreeze cards
Issue and activate new cards, as well as load existing ones
Order meal and gift vouchers
Duplicate an older order
View all orders and the total amount you have spent for the whole year
View card beneficiaries and the status of their cards
View order details and status
Get insights on how your employees are using their cards, including the value of their transactions per month and volume per area
