For personalized cards: If your card is lost or stolen, cancel it from the Up Hellas app, to ensure that no one else will use it. Then notify your employer to replace your card.

If you have an Android mobile, head over to the Up Hellas app on the Cards screen. Then tap Add to Google Pay and follow the instructions to set up Google Pay payments with your Up Hellas card.
Normally it should be added automatically – if not, don’t hesitate to add it yourself by selecting add a card in the card menu in the app. All you need is the card number.
On your Account section on the Up Hellas app, you are able to change permissions and decide what you want to receive.
On the Up Hellas app, look out for the HC button and there you can find all our HeroCorp partners. You can also see our partners on the map of recommended locations – just select HeroCorp on the filters.
Shop from any of our HeroCorp partners and you will see cash coming straight away into your account!
